SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
When a OR-1 receives two or more Advanced Development Training tags (ADT's) that OR-1 should be automatically promoted to the rank of OR-2 regardless of their enlistment date or regardless of the ADT's trainer`s rank.
When a Private (Pte) receives two or more Advanced Development Training (ADT) tags, he/she must be automatically promoted to the rank of Private Proficient (Pte2) irrespective of their enlistment date.
A Corporal (Cpl) can only be promoted to Sergeant (Sgt) after acquiring the Non-Commissioned Officer's Progression Course ADT {1}.
A Sergeant Major (SgtMAj) can only be promoted to Warrant Officer Class 2 (WO2) after acquiring the Warrant Officer's Progression Course ADT {2}.
An Officer Cadet (OCdt) can only be promoted to Second Lieutenant (2Lt) after acquiring the Commissioned Officer's Progression Course ADT {3} which comes with successful completion of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS)
Those ranked Captain (Capt) and above can only be promoted by the Chief of General Staff or above (CGS+), if holding a Executive Committee of the Army Board (ECAB) position or has performed exceptionally well during his/her time of service.
DEMOTIONS
OR-1:
1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: Dishonorable Discharge
OR-2+:
1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: Temporary Demotion
3rd Offense: Permanent Demotion
4th Offense: Dishonourable Discharge
Certain offences may bypass the system (pending on which offence/s have been committed by the personnel). Officer's may only demote within their range. They may also only demote within their branch. All offences outside of range require screenshot evidence and submission to the PMA. The PMA has a demotional range up to Officer Cadet (OCdt). All demotions are subject to attend a disciplinary hearing if necessary and all evidence will archived accordingly. Please see the Infraction Class Standing Operating Procedure (IC SOP) for more detail.

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TIME-IN-SERVICE
All personnel are subject to the above for minimum time-in-service can be also known maximum time-in-service - MTIS.

DIRECT TRANSFER INTO THE BRITISH ARMED FORCES
Each transferee candidate must go through the transfer process and after the process they'll be given their actual rank (after completing all necessary criteria's which is set by the APC. This must be done within 14 days from the date of them joining the British Armed Forces. If they aren't able to complete it within that time and know of it ahead of time; they're to notify the DAPC/DDAPC.
Failure to complete the transfer process within their first 14 days will result in an automatic dishonourable discharge for failing to meet transfer requirements.
