GARRISON STANDING ORDER (GSO3): Queen's Regulations

ARTICLE 1: INTRODUCTION
Sub-section 1. Subjection
Under the jurisdiction of the British Armed Forces, all personnel currently listed on the Military Personnel Records (MPR)/Personnel Tracking System (PTS) are subjected to the provisions of this document. Therefore, any personnel, former or present, whom have received either honourable, general or dishonourable discharge, are hereby, under this code, administered by the legal bindings of punishment at the British Armed Forces. All currently active service personnel, for obvious reasons are in turn subjected to this document. Any means of communication using the Habbo Client or Habbo websites such as Habbo rooms including those owned by British Armed Forces under the room control GOVBAF-MIL, personnel, staff, and any foreign military be it allied or hostile is subject to this document. All social media avenues utilised as either an official or unofficial means for communication between personnel is subject to this document, e.g Discord. Any website which bears the British Armed Forces brand, be it an official or unofficial website is subject to this document.
Sub-section 2. Purpose
The purpose of the Queen's Regulations is to promote justice, to assist in promoting good discipline and order within the British Armed Forces. The entities of this document entails the primary regulations and all codes of military justice pertaining to the military justice system. The Queen's Regulations maintains good effectiveness and efficiency in the military establishment whilst maintaining a professional environment that strengthens National Security.
Sub-section 3. Applicability
The Queen's Regulations applies to all interaction between personnel and/or anyone related to the British Armed Forces and affiliated parties.
ARTICLE 2: ROYAL MILITARY POLICE (RMP)
Sub-section 1. Role
The role of the Provost Marshal of the Army (PMA), British Armed Forces Police and any other occupations under the Royal Military Police (RMP) is to oversee and uphold the policies and procedures which govern and protect the British Armed Forces.
Sub-section 2. Operations
Royal Military Police (RMP) members operate under the Royal Military Police (RMP) unit which the PMA exercises authority over. The RMP oversees and administrates all aspects of internal security and the duties of the Royal Military Police and relevant offices included.
Sub-section 3. Confidentiality
Any and all information related to activities of RMP, any subsequent department, as well as any information submitted via an Action Request Form WILL remain confidential at all times. Such information may be shared at the discretion of the PMA.

ARTICLE 3: APPEALS
Sub-section 1. Action Request
Action Request Forms are forms that handle appeals and are to be filled out and submitted to the JAG.
Sub-section 2. Rights of Appealing
Service members have the right to appeal any and all decisions regarding either demotions or discharges. Please note that personnel cannot appeal decisions handed down by Chief of General Staff (CGS) and the Assistant Chief of General Staff (ACGS). Service members also have the right to submit any screenshots and testimony's rendering support for their case NOT gathered by a member of the RMP if they feel it supports the following case. Review of appeals is done by the JAG.
ARTICLE 4: DESERTION
Sub-section 1. Enforcement
Desertion is defined at as the absence of personnel without acknowledgement for any period exceeding that of seven days. Personnel found to be deserters are marked “deserted" and will be dishonourably discharged.
Sub-section 2. Reinstatement
Deserters may reinstate at a one rank demotion but they must request a pardon from the Judge Advocate General (JAG).
ARTICLE 5: DISRESPECT AND INSUBORDINATION
Sub-section 1. Definition
Disrespect is defined by this document as: insulting behaviour that does not reflect the core values of the military.
A. Such offences of disrespect (depending on severity) will warrant an official warning followed by a temporary demotion.
B. If at the discretion of the Commissioned Officer, an incident of disrespect is more severe and continues to persist, it CAN warrant harsher punishment, to the suggestion of a full demotion.
C. Insubordination is defined by this document as: the direct or indirect defiance of ANY order given by a superior officer or to a policy that is clearly established.
D. Such offences of insubordination (depending on the severity) will warrant an official warning, and then a temporary demotion, and then up to and including a dishonourable discharge.
ARTICLE 6: DOUBLE JOBBING
Sub-section 1. Definition
Double Jobbing is defined by this document as: Holding more than one job at, including and not limited to: other military organisations, police forces, or agencies.
Sub-section 2. Exceptions
Exceptions are made for any member operating under the United Kingdom Special Forces (UKSF) or Intelligence Corps (IC).
Sub-section 3. Enforcement
The consequences of double jobbing will result in an instant dishonourable discharge.
Sub-section 4. Role-Playing Games
Active involvement in a Role-Playing Game (RPG) such as "Hogwarts" or anything similar is permitted.
ARTICLE 7: SELF PROMOTION
Sub-section 1. Definition
Self-promotion is defined by this document as: Unlawfully boosting one's powers to be superior over fellow personnel.
Sub-section 2. Consequences
The consequences of self-promotion will result in an instant dishonourable discharge.
ARTICLE 8: UNFIT FOR DUTY
Sub-section 1. Definition
This document defines unfit for duty as being not capable of performing the required duties of a service member.
Sub-section 2. Enforcement
Punishments for being found unfit for duty can warrant anything from a temporary demotion to a dishonourable discharge.
ARTICLE 9: CLONING AND UNAUTHORISED ACTIONS
Sub-section 1. Definition
This document defines cloning as: Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of disrupting another room, trolling, and treason against the military.
A. This document defines unauthorised raiding as: Spamming a room with a Habbo account to disrupt the rooms function without orders from the Senior Command, repeatedly entering rooms when kicked and failing to abide by a room's policies.
ARTICLE 10:TROLLING
Sub-section 1. Definition
This document defines trolling as: Causing emotional trauma through actions towards an individual, intentionally inciting drama and disruption within GOVBAF-MIL rooms and flaming hostile situations to create an action.
Sub-section 2. Enforcement
Punishments for trolling (depending on the severity) will warrant an official warning, and then a temporary demotion, and then up to and including a dishonourable discharge.
ARTICLE 11: FORUM OFFENCES
Sub-section 1. Definition
Forum offences are defined in this document as any breach of any rule outlined in the Forum Policy.
Sub-section 2. Enforcement
Failure to abide by forum policy will result in a warning and there up to a dishonourable discharge.
ARTICLE 12: SEX CHANGING
Sub-section 1. Definition
Sex changing are defined in this document as any breach of any rule outlined in the Sex Changing Policy.
Sub-section 2. Purpose
Service members are required to dress as the gender they identify with and are not permitted to dress as the opposite.
Sub-section 3. Enforcement
Punishment for sex changing will result in a warning and there up to a dishonourable discharge.

ARTICLE 13: FRATERNISATION POLICY
Sub-section 1. Definition
Fraternisation is defined in this document as any breach of any rule outlined in this fraternisation policy.
Sub-section 2. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure individuals who are a couple do not abuse their power in favouritism.
Commissioned Officers should avoid fraternising with someone within their promotional limit.
If unavoidable, they must not promote, demote or issue any forms of disciplinary under any circumstances.
Sub-section 3. Enforcement
All relationships must be notified to the PMA. Failure to do so can result in a temporary demotion. Failure to abide by fraternisation policy will result in a temporary demotion and there up to a dishonourable discharge.
ARTICLE 14: UNBECOMING CONDUCT
Sub-section 1. Definition
Conduct unbecoming as defined in this document is any type of conduct that is deemed contrary to the values and ethics of the military. Unbecoming conduct ranges from lying, abuse, failure to maintain standards to conduct that does not represent an acceptable standard.
Sub-section 2. Consequences
The consequence for unbecoming conduct will warrant a full demotion ranging up to a dishonourable discharge (in more serious circumstances).
ARTICLE 15: ABUSE OF POWER
Sub-section 1. Definition
Abuse of power, as defined by this document, is ANY abuse of position, be it rank or role, that proves directly beneficial and/or harmful to any member of military and abuse of Habbo Room Rights within GOVBAF-MIL rooms.
Sub-section 2. Consequences
Personnel found to have engaged in an act which abuses power will be subjected to an immediate full demotion and then up to a dishonourable discharge.
ARTICLE 16: COMPROMISED ACCOUNTS
Sub-section 1. Definition
Compromised account(s) are defined by this document as: Having an unauthorised breach to your Habbo and/or forum account and/or sharing your Habbo and/or forum account.
Sub-section 2. Enforcement
Penalties regarding compromised accounts (with sufficient proof) are subject to an immediate dishonourable discharge.
ARTICLE 17: PERSONAL SECURITY
Sub-section 1. Purpose
All service members are required to at ALL times maintain security. It is strictly prohibited to share forum details with the public unless otherwise specified, so as to not pose a risk to ourselves. Information pertaining to these forums do not require the immediate attention of the public and if accessed by the wrong people, can be used against us.
Sub-section 2. Enforcement
All personnel who fail to abide by this policy at all times will be subjected to a temporary demotion to a dishonourable discharge.
ARTICLE 18: TREASON
Sub-section 1. Definition
Treason, as defined by this document, is ANY act of betrayal towards the British Armed Forces, its affiliates or its alliances.
Sub-section 2. Enforcement
Personnel convicted of treason will receive an instant dishonourable discharge.
ARTICLE 19: LEGAL ASPECTS
Sub-section 1. Subjection
All legal matters are headed by the Judge Advocate General (JAG) and his/hers ruling is final in the matter of the legal area.Sub-section 1. Action Request

ARTICLE 19: LEGAL ASPECTS
Sub-section 1. Subjection
A. If an offence is caused to disrespect or disregard the Legislation/Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct, then it is a verified rule for a court hearing.
B. All court hearings, trials, and cases will be heard by the JAG or a designated member of staff who serves under OJAG.
C. Once a case is over, if the personnel feels it has been misjudged or there has been a biased ruling the personnel may apply for a re-trial overseen by the JAG. The second ruling will be final.
D. To be allowed to make a case and have it officially and legally heard, the individual must have obvious evidence or referrals about the allegations that are being made.
E. Foreign personnel from allied organisations may also apply for a court case, on verified grounds. This includes former personnel who wish to appeal against their discharge (once the period of 3 days has expired).
F. Both parties (Prosecution and Defence) are legally required attend the court case, all court cases are scheduled between mutual-agreement times between the two parties. If the defence chooses not to attend the case, the prosecution automatically wins the case and the defence is provided with a demotion.
Sub-section 2. Appeals
Grounds for a case are, but are not limited to:
A. Unfair discharge
B. Unfair demotion
C. Discrimination
E. Unequal and/or unfair working environment and/or unfair treatment
F. Incompetent other worker (e.g., the personnel doesn’t think the person should hold their rank or position due to incompetency)

All updates will go into effect within 24 hours of the newly posted update, unless otherwise specified.
